[internetrules] Time Tracking To-Do List

IDK how To Dos work.

i want to make a checkbox, where i need to check off 2 things per day for a week.

maybe i can respond to this message 2 times a day and that would work? uhh worse case scenario that would work yeah!

ok i think i successfully made a check list that i need to fill in 2 times per day for a week!
internet
yes. gonna rename those
Elliot, Fallible Ideas
please rename your todo list with your name in the name. if everyone names that way, then it'll be easy to see whose is whose and only edit your own todo lists (unless you intentionally collaborate with someone on a project).

i didnt do my second time tracking on feb24 cuz i had the alarm set to remind me to do it at 1am, but i went to bed before that.
internet
missed feb27 1 and 2. i think that was cuz like: i saw the notification but i was doing something else at the moment, so i decided to write in the journal in a few minutes, but then i never actually wrote in the journal.

so i think when i have an alarm i need to like turn journal into like number 1 priority.

that or use alarms with a snooze feature

it's good to see post mortems

it's good to see post mortems

oh so thats the thing i did. i did a post mortem i think

i dont think i was originally going to write a post mortem, but then it felt like the right thing to do. i probably read the curi.us article on it once, but i dont think i practiced or tried to do it.

it's useful cuz u thot about what went wrong and came up with an idea to improve things

oh so this project finished. thoughts on how it went? gonna do time another project? been doing it on your own still?
internet
ive been keeping up time tracking consistently after this project.

 thoughts on how it went?

i think it made it so i consistnently time tracked.

i like rememberd to do it during this project, so it became like automated in this project. and now i do it all the time automatically
internet
im not sure if i succeded at this project or not

i didnt set an actual goal i dont think.

i think the goal was to just make a checklist which i have to check on a schedule, so i guess i succeded that

ok i think i successfully made a check list that i need to fill in 2 times per day for a week!

this says i need to fill it in 2 times per week so i definitely failed that.

the project succeeded at getting me to consistently do time tracking tho, sooooo im gonna call this project a success!
internet
analyzing what im doing with my time from time tracking seems like a harder project than just doing time tracking

that's big success.

analyzing what im doing with my time from time tracking seems like a harder project than just doing time tracking

do u want to work on analyzing time use now or do some other stuff now/first?
internet
do u want to work on analyzing time use now or do some other stuff now/first?

i feel and think that i want to do other stuff first

i dont think analyzing time is super important so that i need to do it now. i think it might be important enough that i need to do it kind of soon tho

 that's big success.

sometimes ppl dont set clear goal, and then they cant actually tell whether they succeeded or not. i dont think i set a clear goal of what i was trying to do at the beginning

i was getting a bit stuck trying to write more after the last paragraph of my last message, so i just stopped cuz it was good enough and it was already kind of long.

new habits usually don't stick after one try.
