Philosophical problem

When reading philosophy I find that it causes my anus to pucker uncontrollably to the point that it causes discomfort and sometimes even pain. What can I do about this problem?

I need help!

I'm stuck on level 3 on the language game and the only guide for it is written in German!

Ayn Rand

Does my refutation of altruism account for instance of a soldier throwing herself onto a live grenade? Altruistic suicide has been a big psychological problem trivializing my work!

Difficulty reading Sam Harris

I am a rationalist, scientifically literate atheist. I've read Kant, Hegel, and other easy philosophers, but they are stupid. I am reading Sam Harris' Free Will, and it is very difficult to understand. He is on a whole new level of philosophy. Please help me understand this most important piece of work in the 21st century. I got through Kant's critique of whatever it was I don't even remember in two days, he was so full of shit. But Harris' magnum opus is a whole new level of genius. I think. I don't grasp his points yet, but they are surely good.

Can you help me?

Whenever I read anything by Ayn Rand, watch one of her interviews, or hear a recording of her, I get an uncontrollable erection lasting more than four hours. Also, it gives me urges of necrophilia. Would it be in my own rational self interest to dig up Ayn Rand and fuck her corpse?

FYI these trolls (the comments above) came from reddit and were upset that I am an Objectivist and criticized Kant.
