I feel stuck on coming up with bigger goals and plans for achieving them.
I’m doing stuff and learning stuff. But I choose what I do based on what seems interesting and doable and possibly useful, not on what will help me with bigger goals.
share doing some small projects and go through all the steps you would use on a bigger project

That could be useful in learning better project planning or something. But I don’t see how it would help me figure out some bigger goals. I don’t know where I want to go.

If you just don't know what goals you want to aim for, that's a different issue. Keeping it separate and not mixed up with other issues will help. A good step for it is to review what big goals other people aim for in their lives, especially goals with higher popularity. Write thoughts about them and look into people's reasoning.

I feel stuck on coming up with bigger goals…
I don’t know where I want to go.
Actually, this is wrong.
I do have some bigger goals. I’ve said them before. I want to get better at learning, thinking, and solving problems. But those goals are vague. I don’t know how much better I want to get at those things. I don’t know how to measure how good I am or want to be at them. I don’t know any certain ways to get better at them.
I’ve been doing things that seem like they’d help me towards my goals. Some of those things seem to have helped. But I don’t actually know how to tell if those things have helped.
